Miss Fil-Am Florida 2018
Back in May I was contacted about shooting the official photos for the Miss Fil-Am Florida beauty pageant. I jumped at the chance, as would almost any photographer. What I wasn’t expecting was to form a mini bond with the girls. I ended up rooting for each one of them as they took the steps to, hopefully, be crowned Miss Fil-Am Fl 2018. Thankfully I was then contacted to shoot the actual pageant. It is nice to be able to finish what you started and to be there in person to cheer for the pageant winner and empathize with the girls that came up short. It was such a rewarding experience and I hope that I am the official photographer next year.
